1967 TYPE III TRUCKER JACKET NAVY
Worn by ranchers, rock stars, truck drivers and rebels, the Type III is second only to the 501Jeans in the Levi's portfolio of iconic garments. The Type III denim jacket, given the lot number 70505 in 1967, is often referred to as theTrucker Jacket.
The Levi's Vintage Clothing Type III Jacket is true to the model from 1967. It is made from navy bedford cloth and has a slim tapered fit with two chest pockets, copper shank buttons, side waist adjusters and a big E Red Tab.
Levi's introduced Levi’s Vintage Clothing to keep the history of Levi's denim alive. Since 1999, the famous historical originals from the Levi's archives in San Francisco, dating back to 1880, are faithfully reincarnated in this limited edition range. Their inspiration is the hardworking man that the Levi’s Brand has equipped for the last 140 years. The ring spun denim is still woven on 29" wide vintage shuttle looms in Greensboro, North Carolina with whom Levi Strauss & Co have been working with for over 100 years.
