BDU-R JACKET INDIGO
Modeled very closely on the Battle Dress Uniform (BDU) fatigue jacket used by the US Armed Forces starting in the early 80s this example from Post O'Alls is quite unique. During his hunt for vintage garments designer, Takeshi Ohfuchi found a BDU fatigue jacket where the left chest pocket had been removed and all that remained was the interior pen slot. He appreciated this irregularity so much that he decided to produce his own take on the BDU jacket sans a left chest pocket.

Since its inception in 1993, Post Overalls has remained true to producing designs that are practical and heavily influenced by vintage American workwear, outdoor clothing and military uniforms. Designer Takeshi Ohfuchi began wearing and collecting vintage in the early 80s and quickly fell in love with garments from the 1920s & 30s which he considers the most unique as they presented a marriage of old-world craftsmanship and the Machine Age. Post O'Alls is manufactured in the USA and the designs and detailed construction are an hommage to a simpler time.
