Roshini Aluwihare, a graduate from the Sir John Cass School of Art in London, started Codis Maya in 1986. The name derives from the Mayan Indians who worshipped precious metals. Over the last 30 years Codis Maya has produced exclusive collections for luxury houses such as Dunhill, Lanvin and Asprey. Today they still use traditional methods and processes, like hand carved dies, to produce their refined men's accessories in the UK.
