NOTE: Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

IN-STORE PICKUP
In-Store Pickup is offered as an option for our local customers. Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase & a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Order will be held for 7 days.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns for online orders within 14 days of order delivery. We accept merchandise that has been unwashed, unworn, and free of any conditions that prevent it from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and purchase the desired item through the website as a separate transaction.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books, or apothecary items.

To return merchandise, email us at orders@supplyandadvise.com for an RA (Return Authorization) number.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Supply & Advise does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Supply & Advise.
